Clevex and PSS Sign National Distribution Agreement
CleveX recently signed an exclusive national distribution agreement signed with PSS Physician Sales & Service U.S. national leader in physician distribution with $2.1BN annual sales. PSS is a publically traded company, (Exchange NASDAQ Global Select Listed Security PSSI Common Stock) with over 700 field sales representatives, 41 sales regions and 29 distribution centers.
CleveX plans to expand its field sales organization to support the anticipated increased customer volume./

New CEO to Lead Company Expansion
Industry Veteran Sam Finkelstein joined CleveX in July 2009, to lead CleveX's commercialization effort. Mr. Finkelstein will focus on sales of the ExiClip™, an innovative 510K approved device, which allows for quick, accurate skin excisions and biopsies, and delivers a superior cosmetic result. Physicians perform more than fifteen million procedures a year that could benefit from the use of the ExiClip, which was developed by plastic surgeons and dermatologists at the Cleveland Clinic and commercialized in 2004.

How many people are affected by skin cancer?
Skin cancer is the most common of all cancers. It accounts for nearly half of all cancers in the United States. More than 1 million cases of non-melanoma skin cancer are found in this country each year. The American Cancer Society estimates that about 68,720 new melanomas will be diagnosed in the United States during 2009.
How many people will die from skin cancer?
The American Cancer Society estimates there will be about 11,590 deaths from skin cancer in 2009: 8,650 from melanoma and 2,940 from other skin cancers.
